Publishing Agreements

Publishing Agreements are probably the least well understood of the standard types of contracts that you encounter in the music industry. However, given the ever increasing opportunity for the use of music in all manner of new mediums, Publishing Agreements are fast becoming one of the most important types of contracts in the music industry.
